Our goal in creating the Cary Ale House & Brewing Company was to bring high quality, unique food and exceptional beer together. After tearing into the pub during renovations we realized we would NOT be able to build the brewery we needed to brew exceptional beer. Therefore, we decided to first focus on our food. As an alternative, we have some 84 guest beers available for your drinking pleasure that run the gamut of style and flavor.
With a little help from our friends we did, however, brew a couple beers at another local brewery in order to begin to showcase what we can do. We have stopped this for the time being as we are currently working very diligently on getting our brewing operation up and running! These things take a lot of time, though. Thanks for your patience and continued support!

Come try it before it is gone! – UPDATE: Cary Farmhouse Ale has sold out!
Thursday November, 12th 2015 we tapped our session IPA “Mr. Hollands Hopus”. SOLD OUT… can’t wait to brew something like this on the regular!
